This paper has presented transparent conductor oxide materials (TCOMs) based microstrip patch antennas with glass substrate and copper ground plane, which have been deeply analyzed in the visible spectrum region in comparison with the practical patch antenna model of indium tin oxide patch with glass substrate and different TCOMs based ground plane. As well as the study have investigated the effect of transparent oxide materials on patch antenna design instead of perfect conductor materials such as copper that has low cost and weight. The tradeoff between optical transparency and electrical conductivity will be evaluated for a range of visible regions. Microstrip transmission line feed method is used to predict the skin effects on a patch antenna and their impact on antenna efficiency, resonance frequency and optical transmission are also described. This study have discussed assessment of these tradeoffs and effect of TCOMs parameters on antenna design.  相似文献

Specific properties of the hydrogen bond and protons appear to be responsible for the formation of the quasi-liquid state of conducting ions and the resulting superionic behaviour. This state is reached by successive phase transitions involving the mobile species and their interactions with a more or less rigid framework. H3OUO2PO4 · 3H2O (HUP) and CsHSO4 can be considered as models of wet and dry superionic conduction, respectively. Interactions between static effects and dynamical disorder as well as the coupling between sublattices are discussed in relation to results obtained by calorimetry, impedance spectroscopy (up to 10 GHz), vibrational spectroscopy and quasi-elastic neutron scattering.  相似文献

This article presents the results of in situ X-ray powder diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and electrical impedance spectroscopy of the α-phase of Bi2O3, at 0.1 MPa in the temperature range below and above the α–δ-phase transition. This work demonstrated subtle nonlinear temperature variations of the cell parameters, of the hard-mode Raman shift, and of the activation energy of electrical conductivity in the temperature range about 100–120°C below the α–δ phase transition temperature T Tr ≈ 725°C in Bi2O3. At T < 600°C, the linear variation of the inverse dielectric susceptibility (χ ?1) correlates well with the hard mode frequency shift Δ(ω 2) of Raman A1g mode as Δ(χ ?1)/Δ(ω 2) ≈ 5.5 × 10?7 cm2. A structural model describing the mechanism of O2? anion distribution and electric dipole disordering in the vicinity of T Tr is discussed.  相似文献

Cu6PS5I1? ? ? x Cl x mixed crystals were grown using chemical vapour transport. Isoabsorption studies of optical absorption edge and optical polarization measurements were performed in the temperature range 77–320?K. The influence of anionic I?→?Cl substitution on the phase transitions in Cu6PS5I1? ? ? x Cl x mixed crystals is studied. Compositional dependence of the phase-transition temperatures is obtained and the x,T-diagram for Cu6PS5I1? ? ? x Cl x mixed crystals is constructed.  相似文献

A new method of preparation of high performance fluoride ion conductor, BaSnF4, by water leaching of newly discovered barium tin(II) chloride fluorides, has been designed, and the materials have been studied and compared to the solid prepared by the usual dry method. The unit-cell parameters and crystallite dimensions were found to vary with the method of preparation. In addition, the crystallite dimensions were found to be highly anisotropic for the samples obtained by the wet method. The Mössbauer spectrum is made of a large tin(II) quadrupole doublet, and a broad tin(IV) oxide peak due to surface oxidation. The tin(II) spectrum is in agreement with covalently bonded tin(II) having a strongly stereoactive lone pair. An unusually high dependence of the quadrupole splitting at low temperatures was observed (5.8 times larger than for α-SnF2).  相似文献

Biaxially textured Ni–5 at.%W substrates have been prepared by cold rolling, followed by three different annealing routes. In this paper, the processes of melting Ni and W metals, flat rolling, various annealing methods are described in detail. The Ni–5 at.%W tapes annealed under either high vacuum or flowing Ar (7% H2) gas were characterized by X-ray pole figures, ODF, EBSD as well as AFM analysis. The texture analysis indicated that as fabricated tapes have a sharp cube texture formed after annealing at a wide temperature range of 800–1100 °C. The high quality of cube orientation on tapes was obtained after a two-step annealing (TSA), where the percentage of the cube texture component was as high as 93.5% within a misorientation angle smaller than 8° from EBSD analysis. Furthermore, it was also observed that the number of twin boundaries in this tape decreased with respect to that of tapes annealed both in vacuum and one-step gas annealing. From AFM on 1 μm2 areas, it was concluded that the roughness (RMS) on the tape surface reached 0.98 nm.  相似文献

The synthesis of Al–Cr single quasicrystal (QC) nanoparticles of the decagonal phase was achieved by introducing an advanced gas flow evaporation method. By obtaining successive electron diffraction patterns for single-QC nanoparticles, the phase transformation temperature of a single-QC nanoparticle was determined to be 700 °C. It was also determined that part of the QC nanoparticle decomposed into hex-Al8Cr5 and Al during the phase transformation. Since the grain growth did not occur during the phase transformation in the present experiment, the inherent phase transformation temperature could be measured.  相似文献

In this paper we describe the alloying process of ultra-thin Al layers (below 8 × 1015 Al/cm2) deposited on Ni(1 1 1). For this purpose Auger electron spectroscopy, low energy electron diffraction, and ion beam analysis-channelling measurements have been performed in situ in an ultra-high vacuum chamber. Al deposits formed at low temperature (about 130 K) are strained defective crystalline layers retaining the substrate orientation. Alloying takes place, with very progressive Ni enrichment, in a very broad temperature range between 250 K and 570 K. This feature shows that diffusion of the alloy species is more and more difficult when the Ni concentration increases. At 570 K a crystallographically and chemically ordered Ni3Al phase is formed, and its order continuously improves upon annealing, up to 750 K. We have shown by ion beam methods that this alloy is three-dimensional, extending up to 16 (1 1 1) planes for the thickest deposits. The Ni3Al phase can also be obtained directly by Al deposition at 750 K, but its crystalline quality is lower and the layer is probably formed of grains elongated along 〈1 1 −2〉 directions. The Al content of the thin Ni3Al layers formed mostly dissolves in the bulk above 800 K. However a small amount of Al remains segregated at the Ni crystal surface.  相似文献
